Unlike KnowledgeMatrix that creates a read-write collaborative wireless workspace, ReferenceMatrix enables simple central administration (no tech experience needed) of information that is synchronized daily to hundreds of BlackBerry smartphones.  The data on the user's end is read only but can be used for purposes such as template sales letters that sales reps can use on their BlackBerry while in the field to send customer e-mails.
