Special View folders offer alternate groupings of the tasks in
addition to their normal user folders.
Sixteen views are
offered. Most are date related such as Past Due and Due Today.
However, other ones such as Critical Status Only and Next Action are
valuable in keeping the user's eye on what's most important on the
upcoming agenda.
