If a user needs a view
that is not available as a system view, filters offer the ability to
look at specific criteria to group items.
Up to 10 criteria
can be added to any one filter. Folders remember the last
filter that was used in that folder, letting the user turn on the
same filter easily. Any number of filters can be stored for
future use.
