ToDoMatrix not only keeps you on top of your
own
to-do items, it also offers the ability to assign and
manage tasks that you would like members of your team to do.
When the delegate
fields are enable in Profile / Preferences, a delegation field is
offered when editing a task record. Simply choose a delegate
and add as delegate due date to assign a task.

Delegates are
kept with ToDoMatrix after being added from a person's
BlackBerry address book. Separate due dates can be kept for
the delegated assignment, different than the date of the
overall task. |
