If you are the administrator of your new group,
follow these steps:

1) Using your BlackBerry browser, navigate to
http://REXwireless.com/teamworkdownload

2) Download TeamworkMatrix

3) Grant Trusted Application Status when prompted by the BlackBerry OS
(on some versions of OS, the prompt might say Allow Access?
Checkmark "Don't Ask Again" and click on Allow)

4) Click on the TeamworkMatrix icon (often found in the Downloads folder)

5) Start a New Group

6) Contact us at support.center@rexwireless.com with a list of e-mail addresses and BlackBerry device PINs for the other team members you would like to add to your group.

7) We will configure your group and e-mail back with instructions
