You qualify if you purchased ToDoMatrix and IdeaMatrix:

• In separate transactions,
   
• within 90 days of each other,
   
• both transactions were via the REXwireless direct purchase website, and
   
• we receive your rebate request within 21 days of the final transaction.

Include in Refund Request E-Mail to our support center:

1. Subject of Retro-Silver Refund Request on the e-mail for proper routing
2. PIN of your current BlackBerry
   device (see BlackBerry Options / Status (copy and paste the entire screen if you like)
3. Date of both purchases
4. Google or Paypal checkout?
5. E-mail address or addresses used for unlock key delivery.
