You click on the menu, choose REXconnect, click on BlackBerry Calendar and a few seconds later, the meeting is booked (with minimal keystrokes or time spent).

You check your voice mail with your BlackBerry using a Bluetooth headset and jot down the message to call Jenny back after 5 pm today at 212-555-1212 in the Phone Log "notes" section.
In the BlackBerry phone application, you click on the menu, choose REXconnect, click on ToDoMatrix (or BlackBerry tasks), and a few seconds later, the reminder is in place and will alert you at 5 pm (with minimal keystrokes or time spent).

While you are on the phone with Fred Johnson, he asks you for John McDonald's contact information. Fred does not have a BlackBerry but rather, a simple cell phone.
After finding John in the BlackBerry address book, you click on REXconnect, and send the contact info via an SMS text message to Fred seconds later (with minimal keystrokes or time spent).

You are cutting it close for a meeting at the Capitol Club, and your boss calls saying he can't find it (he does have a BlackBerry).
You already have the club up on in BlackBerry Maps. You click on REXconnect while in BlackBerry Maps, and send him the link to the location as an e-mail seconds later. He clicks on the link and is looking at the map on his BlackBerry seconds later.

You meet Ben, your realtor, at the house you are thinking about buying and take notes in an e-mail that you send to your wife.
After it was sent, you click on REXconnect and inject the information into IdeaMatrix (or BlackBerry Memopad) for safekeeping, so you can find it easily later, when needed.
