When in Doubt, Upgrade your Software

REXwireless strongly recommends that all customers keep current with their software release levels. 

Do not follow the unwritten "if it isn't broken, don't change it" rule-of-thumb many people have become accustomed to in the PC marketplace when it comes to REXwireless software applications.

Our software is designed to work in precise synchronization with our server-side Always*Safe and REXdesktop components. The server-side is regularly updated to keep up with the newer releases of BlackBerry smartphone client-side software.

If a customer refuses to upgrade their BlackBerry software, he or she is actually increasing their probability of problems by doing nothing, as his or her smartphone falls behind the release levels of the server-side code.  Our software is not designed in the mindset of standalone software like so many packages in the PC marketplace.  Server and client release levels must stay in sync to maintain data integrity.
