I am getting a new BlackBerry - how do I migrate my REXwireless applications and data to the new unit?

The most important step is to execute final "Backup to Web" commands on your applications to ensure that your most current databases are saved on the REXwireless servers.

Download the applications fresh to the new BlackBerry. The easiest way is to point your BlackBerry browser to http://REXwireless.com/download ... if the web page does not recognize your browser as a BlackBerry, check that your BlackBerry browser options are set to "BlackBerry" emulation.

If your e-mail is staying the same on the new BlackBerry, our servers will validate your e-mail and password, then perform an auto-switch to the new unit.
