Intended Use:
ToDoMatrix is designed to keep your
daily list of tasks in great detail. On a weekly basis, there
is a lot of turnover of the items in ToDoMatrix as life's tides of
tasks rise and fall.
The goal is to keep this list clean
and constantly refreshed, purging any items that are no longer
relevant from a task planning perspective.
Reference information is best kept in
IdeaMatrix, not ToDoMatrix. |
Intended Use:
IdeaMatrix is designed to
keep your longer term reference ideas and notes.
Logically, if it needs to be
done, add it to ToDoMatrix. If, on the other hand, you might
need to refer to it someday two years in the future, store it
within IdeaMatrix.
Finally, IdeaMatrix is an
excellent spot to start new ideas, then e-mail them to
yourself or other for finish out on a Mac or PC. |
