When a person selects
open on any missed SMS text event, a preview of the missed message is
opened.
From the preview
window, actions such as respond via SMS, telephone call the person, and add to address book are available, enabling actions without
having to navigate to the e-mail or phone application.
Press the menu
button while the cursor is on the missed SMS phone number to access
available direct action BlackBerry commands.
