The most important
field to understand on Alert Profile is the Priority field,
because it determines which notifications trump other notifications.
REXwireless created
a special Alert Control Environment (ACE) module to continuously
re-evaluate and reshuffle alerts as needed. ACE is the heart of
AlertMatrix. ACE has the power to recall a notification that
is triggered and active, and replace it with a higher priority alert.
The user must set
the priority field with an awareness of the settings of other
profiles, deciding which alerts should have the power to replace
