During
a normal day, AlertMatrix
is designed to operate primarily from the pop-over alert window
without requiring frequent entry into the management interface
screens. The
Alert window lets a person open a preview of the e-mail, missed
call, or SMS message that triggered the alert and gives the user the
ability to
respond immediately.
REXwireless ACE
Technology:
AlertMatrix
incorporates our Alert Control Environment (ACE) technology which
allows the retrieval and re-queuing of previously triggered
alert notifications in favor of a higher-priority event. This
sophisticated subsystem is mostly transparent to the user but
ensures that the user's priorities are executed flawlessly during
the day.
Conditional
Delay*All+ Capability:
AlertMatrix borrows
from ToDoMatrix's delay all feature but adds sophisticated
conditional processing. A user can
decide to delay all notifications of a certain priority (for
example, less than or equal to high priority) while allowing
critical alert rules to remain active and trigger notifications.
Ultimately,
AlertMatrix's advanced features work in the background, making the
user experience simple and rewarding.
