When a person opens an e-mail event, a preview of the e-mail is opened
within AlertMatrix.
Note that any attachments to the e-mail are not available in the
AlertMatrix preview and would require navigation to the regular BlackBerry inbox
to be accessed.
From the preview
window, actions such as select, reply, reply all, and forward are
available, enabling quick response to incoming priority messages
without requiring navigation to the BlackBerry e-mail inbox.
