When a person selects
open on any missed phone call event, a preview of the missed call is
opened.
From the preview
window, actions such as return phone call, send an SMS text, and add to address book are available, enabling actions without
requiring navigation to the phone log or e-mail inbox applications.
Press the menu
button while the cursor is on the missed call phone number to access
available direct action BlackBerry commands.
